As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on a variety of vehicle makes and models. Your expertise will aid in enhancing customer satisfaction by delivering dependable and efficient automotive solutions. We are an authorized Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Volvo, GMC, Buick, Cadillac and Subaru Dealer.

Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues accurately using advanced diagnostic tools and software.

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, brake checks, and tire rotations.

- Repair or replace faulty components to restore vehicles to optimal functionality.

- Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections and prepare reports on recommended services.

- Stay updated on the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.

- Ensure all work complies with industry standards and safety regulations.

- Communicate effectively with customers to explain vehicle issues, repair options, and estimated costs.

- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or in a similar role.

- Certification from a recognized automotive service excellence program is preferred.

- Strong understanding of automotive systems and advanced repair procedures.

- Proficiency with diagnostic devices and other automotive tools.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members.

- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.

- Valid driver's license.
