Finance Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis.

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the long-term financial sustainability of the company 
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts 
  • Manage cash flow and working capital to optimize financial performance 
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management to support decision-making 
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards 
  • Manage the financial accounting and reporting process, including month-end and year-end close 
  • Lead the finance team, providing guidance and support to develop their skills and capabilities 
  • Work closely with other departments to provide financial support and insights

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field 
  • CPA or CFA certification preferred 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role 
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and practices 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems 
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines 
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Current, valid, driver's license; satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) acceptable to the company’s insurance company in order to operate vehicles.

 Pay:

This position is Hourly + Commission.
