Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, offering a professional and welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve a variety of administrative support tasks that contribute to the smooth and efficient running of our dealership.


Responsibilities

This role includes the following responsibilities, but is not limited to: 

- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner.

- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information as needed.

- Manage the scheduling of appointments.

- Assist with various administrative tasks including filing, data entry, reports.

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow.

- Provide assistance with tasks as needed.



Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.

- Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.  Remove this line 

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office equipment.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- A personable and energetic demeanor.

- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
