We are seeking a highly organized and customer-service oriented individual to join our team as a Rental Agent/Lot Porter. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of vehicle rentals and maintaining the presentation and organization of the lot. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with rental inquiries and transactions, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory rental experience.

- Accurately complete rental contracts and necessary paperwork in compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Organize and maintain the rental lot, ensuring vehicles are parked in designated areas and are easily accessible.

- Perform minor vehicle maintenance tasks, such as checking fluid levels and tire pressure, as needed.

- Collaborate with the team to manage inventory and ensure a steady availability of vehicles for rent.

- Assist in coordinating vehicle logistics and shuttle services for customer pick-up and drop-off.

- Uphold a high standard of service quality and customer satisfaction through attentive service and follow-up on inquiries.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer service or automotive-related role is preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

- Ability to operate and maneuver vehicles safely within the lot.

- Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry and retrieval.
